Help & Guidelines
Get great value from our bins!
Reference Guide
- Please let us know if there are any delivery issues (i.e., major traffic road, overhead wires, tight access) when booking, which may affect our ability to deliver a bin. It is the responsibility of the client to bring this to our attention.
- If access is limited and damage occurs (above or below ground) to your property or worksite, we cannot be held responsible.
- For safety reasons, we require a minimum clearance of 1m from both sides of our vehicles and adequate overhead clearance to operate our equipment.
- Ensure the placement area is suitable and easily accessible for delivery and pickup.
- Larger bins are heavy and may cause minor ground movement as we place and pick up a bin or marks on surfaces like tiles or concrete can occur. If this is an issue, please tell us. Timber planks beneath the skip will minimise this.
- Where possible, we will place the bin where you instruct us. We will try to contact you if there are any issues.
- Do not move bins once we have placed them on the ground, as we may not be able to retrieve the bin safely.
- Ensure access to the bin is available once the bin is ready to pick up.
- Exceeding weight limits may incur additional charges of $150 per ½ tonne.
Take the guesswork out of working out what size skip you need.

Bin Loading tips:
The more efficiently you pack your bin, the more you can fit in a smaller size.
The result is great value for money!
Plan ahead before you start loading your bin. Think about how your items can be arranged to minimise empty space.
Throwing items into the bin creates air holes and spaces between the items.
Break down bulky items like furniture and cabinets to save space.
Cut branches into smaller pieces so they can be stacked neatly, or consider having them mulched for use in your garden.
Flatten cardboard boxes and place them neatly to maximise capacity.

All bins have weight limits, so please load responsibly. If you’re disposing of heavy materials like dirt, concrete, bricks, or stone, a 1.5m³ heavy load bin may be required.
